I pity modern man. He is either being barraged by complex verses from religious books or reading some gloomy articles about this dying planet. He has no universal reprieve from an uncertain future, right!
Forgive me, for I will proceed to reflect on the life and times of the first man, according to Christianity. That is Adam for those not in the know. This is one gentleman who had it so simple. There was no Bible; or Koran to read for that matter. He knew what he needed to know and was quite content for a while.
I admired his life. It was so simple. Then came sin and the need to develop volumes and volumes of descriptions and examples of what he should do and not do. And they didn’t come easy and simplified for our reading and understanding!
This led me to ask myself this. What if man really found out who our Creator really is and accomplished what that creator desires of him? We would then have our maker and his team of leaders and guides on one part and we on the other; living simple lives with no one having to breathe down our faces on what we ought to do or not do.
I say this because some of the books and articles bordering on our maker’s wishes, desires and our destiny are pretty much complex. Personally, I get a headache reading through most of that material. That’s part of the reason why my views on this blog are very simplistic. If we knew our creator and his desires very well, then there should be no need to constantly interpret verses from the “Holly books for the masses. It really ought to be straightforward. What is wrong and what is right ought to be pretty clear-cut.
And if anyone in the congregation needed further convincing or explanation, then the holy books and teachers would come in handy. That person would find great material showing numerous examples and explanations why wrong is wrong and right is right. And of course who is the “big boss” and who is his nemesis. It should be that simple. After all man has been trying to simplify his life of late!

Is it possible to have a reality show that puts two people in a house with the aim of seeing how fast or soon conflict arises and how it is resolved? We could have one test consisting of two men, or one with a man and a woman. What about if it was a mix of the old and young?
We could even make it more complex by adding more individuals from different religions or belief systems etc. Then once the causes are confirmed, would it be possible to rid ourselves of those causes once and for all?
I say this because conflict has some known causes and if we are the superior being on earth, why can’t we resolve or reduce them to very low and manageable levels!
Let’s admit it! Conflict is not only human and I’m pretty sure we can identify a few benefits of conflict. But why can’t we reduce it to such low levels that really cut us out as the most superior beings on earth? Or why can’t we device ways of getting the benefits without the conflict?
Well, now that I’ve mentioned it, I know I’m not the only one thinking about this. It’s one way of outsmarting ourselves, you know!
CNN just moved me this morning with a feature on the billion dollar drug business in Columbia and Mexico and how it’s leading to tear-jerking street deaths in urban Mexico on a daily basis.
It’s a sad folly indeed as innocent young lives are lost daily while someone snorts the white powder in some streets in the US and Europe. It makes little sense to be lured by money but never live to enjoy it. It’s akin to trying to catch fire with your hands!
I wish some kind of process map, showing outcomes when one follows certain life paths, can be seen before one follows that very path. Call it forward play or something! It will indeed save us a great deal of grief!
If there is a Supreme Being out there, please come to the plight of these lost souls.

Many people fear doomsday theories and anything that actually highlights our dim future.
And true some theories have actually really scared us stiff and served to remind us of the inevitability that is death. But the truth of the matter is that we were all born and we will all die some day.
And my, don’t we fear the last mentioned event! But what if we found away to by-pass death or its overall effect? As in, instead of trying to prolong life, is there another better option?
The question I am hinting at is really an age old issue; which is, is it really worthwhile to die on the correct side of the “good and evil equation?” Is there is a case for eternal life?
Can we do some tests and if eternal life is real, then we need to fully embrace what will make us preserve our lives.
I will admit some theories on our destiny can make one go bonkers or stay indoors for a month. But maybe the theorists who come up with these ideas have really been appointed to inform us. Maybe, the way they choose to express the facts is what is at fault!
Take my book for example. The title is “The End.” Many people on just seeing the title will shun it. But I focus on eternal life and not doomsday.
I call it “my own Da Vinci Code.” Instead of going to hell, we can all go to heaven and the way to do it is so simple according to me. So simple it is that I did slap myself when I discovered it. You may not have to be a saint to go to heaven after all!
Read my work and pass the concept on, and let’s see if we have cracked God’s code or not. This reminds me of those spam mails usually doing the rounds on the net. Those “pass it to 10 people mails” Perhaps someone needs to do one building on this new Babel tower and pass it on. Then maybe in a years time, we can all carryout the proposal in my work and all go to heaven.

I’ve just been watching CNN today and got reminded of Osama Bin Laden. That news clip triggered some wild thought in me.
For some good number of years, the world has been struggling to tame terrorism. On the other hand, the terrorists have been unrelentingly trying to tell the world something.
What if the world thought of a different strategy for a week? Just a week of dialogue, people! Yes, I know that’s a tried and tested route but what if the stage was first set for dialogue!
Let’s say Osama, through his network, worked hard and acquired some nuke, then planted it in some sensitive American place. What if he offered peace to the world, and then, surrendered the nuke to the Americans; just to show that if bloodshed is what he really wanted, then it was already in the offing.
I say this because he must have some credible issues! No one in his right senses can give up a good and comfortable life for caves, bloodshed and incredible family sacrifices! So, I guess his issues must make sense now, more than ever! Besides, if they still don’t make sense, perhaps, Osama might be willing to reconsider them. Well, what will the world do, if we got this odd peace offering from Osama? That’s my big question.
On the other hand, what if Uncle Sam did really capture Osama—have him sit down and agree to a mutually agreed conclusion—and then, in the public eye, offered him freedom and peace! Would he go back to the caves and continue wagging his war?
I say this because in this on-going terrorism war, we need some drastic incidence that will turn our ears and hearts around. Right now there is so much bad-blood, bloodshed and destruction to even consider dialogue. Only some extreme incidence like the ones mentioned above can do it.
Looking at the conflict from a different angle has made me think differently. There must be desires or ideals that those in this conflict want to achieve. If it’s peace or enjoyment of human life for all, then the means to get there doesn’t have to entail conflict. So, if Osama wants some ideal for his people, and they desire it, then let it be! If the rest of the world desires different ideals for themselves then why not! There is definitely an issue if one party simply wants to see another party suffer, exploited, or imposed with their own ideals.
20 odd years of the same conflict, with no credible resolution! That definitely calls for a change of strategy! I mean, here are two people fighting. They have lost limbs and are now crawling on the ground. But they are still very much mad at each other. Heaven forbid, if dissolved bones can still think! The ground might never stop moving, if the conflicting parties continue with the same trend!
Read my new book and get more heart rending ideas that can lead to world peace and yes, the ultimate that is eternal life. As spooky as that sounds, I will still include it. It could just be the remedy we need.
