From Saddam Hussein’s nuclear ambitions to Syria’s unrest, and now the tense Iran-Israel standoff, history shows we have an alarming tendency to push boundaries—sometimes dangerously close to disaster.
Think about it: like a child who feels ignored and breaks a glass just to get attention, humanity ignites crises, testing limits while God watches. Painful? Yes. But necessary, because lessons are often learned the hard way.
There’s a story that illustrates this perfectly: a community with endless disagreements couldn’t progress. Everyone wanted something different. Nothing got done—until they decided to focus on one goal: building a dam. Together, they succeeded beyond expectation. Now imagine that scale applied globally: millions unified, one purpose, one prayer, one action at a time.
Imagine a global unified prayer—millions across religions and nations praying at the same time for a single pressing issue: climate change, nuclear peace, or human survival. Like the movie Bruce Almighty, where God struggles to respond to countless individual prayers, what if humanity coordinated our energy? What could we accomplish together?
Meanwhile, the tinder boxes keep increasing. Every nuclear escalation, every reckless act, every environmental disaster adds another spark. God allows the consequences of our follies to unfold, guiding us toward lessons we might otherwise ignore. Yet, just like wild dogs hunting in packs—they may be individually weaker than a lion, but together, they’re unstoppable—we have the power to redirect our collective energy toward resilience, positive change, and survival.
